PEACH BBQ GLAZED CHICKEN SLIDERS

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can EU canned peaches (in juice, not syrup), drained & pureed
- 1½ lbs chicken breast (poached & shredded)
- ½ cup low-sugar ketchup
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- Whole wheat slider buns
- Pickled red onions & coleslaw (optional toppings)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a saucepan, mix peach purée, ketchup, vinegar, paprika, garlic, and mustard powder. Simmer until thick (about 10 minutes).
- Mix shredded chicken with the peach BBQ sauce.
- Toast slider buns, assemble with chicken, and top with optional slaw or onions.
