DURAZNOS ASADOS CON RICOTTA & MIEL
TRENDS ADDRESSED:
Mediterranean diet, low-sugar dessert, lactose-light, simple elegance.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can EU canned peach halves, drained
- 1 cup ricotta cheese (or lactose-free alternative)
- 2 tbsp local honey or agave
- Crushed almonds or walnuts
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Lightly grill or torch the peach halves to caramelize edges.
- Top with a spoonful of ricotta, drizzle with honey, add nuts and a pinch of cinnamon.
CHEF’S TIP:
This dessert echoes Argentina’s love for dairy and fruit but keeps it light and Mediterranean
perfect for after an asado.
