DURAZNOS ASADOS CON RICOTTA & MIEL

TRENDS ADDRESSED:

Mediterranean diet, low-sugar dessert, lactose-light, simple elegance.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can EU canned peach halves, drained
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese (or lactose-free alternative)
  • 2 tbsp local honey or agave
  • Crushed almonds or walnuts
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Lightly grill or torch the peach halves to caramelize edges.
  2. Top with a spoonful of ricotta, drizzle with honey, add nuts and a pinch of cinnamon.

CHEF’S TIP:
This dessert echoes Argentina’s love for dairy and fruit but keeps it light and Mediterranean perfect for after an asado.
