Peach The Great America is an EU co-funded initiative promoting high-quality European processed peaches in the USA, Mexico, and Canada. The campaign aims to enhance the competitiveness and increase the exports of European processed peaches, while raising awareness and encouraging the consumption of EU products in these key markets. It also seeks to expand market share by showcasing the premium quality of European peaches, emphasizing their unique characteristics, superior taste, and the high standards of food safety and production that define EU agricultural excellence. Τhe program was submitted under the call AGRIP SIMPLE 2024 and the acronym “PeachTheGreatAmerica”

These high-quality EU products have the common parameter of capturing the freshness of the European peach. Every single piece maintains the natural sweetness and purity, even when it is
canned. Its vivid color, distinctive aroma and unique flavor are testaments alone, that European
peaches are canned with care. The peaches are harvested at the peak of their ripeness and are canned just a few hours later, preserving their top nutritional value.
